1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1/4 cup of water

For decoration:

2 green onions, chopped

Fresh coriander, chopped

Step 1: Prepare the shrimp

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, vegetable oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly with the spices.

Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Step 2: Cook the shrimp

Heat a large pot or wok over medium-high heat.
